My name is Sitara Dickson — I am a versatile creative.

At the core I'm a visual designer passionate about branding, elevating user-experience and aligning business goals with innovative creative solutions. I combine a versatile design and creative skill set with inspiring leadership, effective project management, and strong communication skills.

While I offer experience in leading fully remote creative teams across time zones and disciplines, I consistently strive to leverage AI and emerging technologies responsibly to enhance creative workflows and boost productivity.

I have worked across multiple industries including healthcare, wellness/supplements, pet care, hospitality, food & beverage, finance, e-commerce, cybersecurity, and entertainment—targeting both B2B and B2C audiences.

After majoring in Fine Arts and English Language studies in Europe, I pursued my Graphic Design Degree in San Diego in 2006. In 2020 I also obtained two web development certificates and most recently enrolled in Google’s UX Design and AI Certificate programs.

I believe my innate optimism, adaptability to change and passion for design, technology and people contribute to my professional growth.

My design process begins with immersive moodboarding to establish visual tone, color palettes, and stylistic direction, creating a foundation that inspires and informs the work. From there, I move into concept development, exploring multiple creative solutions and iterating ideas to align with the project’s goals.

Once the design is ready, it's time for production — building, testing, and refining. I help coordinate every detail, from development to rollout, and collaborate closely with the team to ensure a smooth handoff. My goal is to launch work that’s not just polished, but purposeful — and ready for what comes next.
